Nuivaa palvelua ja huono äänieristys
Sijainti oli hyvä, mutta hotelli oli täynnä huonosti käyttäytyviä, erittäin kovaäänisiä brittejä, jotka olivat ympäripäissään aamusta iltaan. Hotellin henkilökunta ei puuttunut millään lailla tähän brittien öykkärimäiseen käyttäytymiseen ja metelöintiin. Hotelli itsessään oli melko kulahtanut ja siivous piti olla joka päivä. Olimme hotellissä 10 päivää, siivoja kävi 3 kertaa tuona aika ja silloinkin vain vaihtoi pyyhkeet. En suosittele tätä hotellia perheellisille enkä pohjoismaista tuleville henkilöille.

Loistava sijainti
Verdemar sijaitsi todella hyvällä paikalla aivan meren ääressä, kävelymatkan päässä rannasta ja keskustasta (keskustan hälinä ei kuulunut). Huonettamme ei ollut vielä remontoitu, joten oli aika vanhassa kunnossa, mutta siisti. Merinäköala isolta parvekkeelta oli upea. Ilmastoinnin sai lisämaksusta, mutta emme sitä tarvinneet, jos pystyy nukkumaan parvekkeen ovi auki. Palvelu hotellissa oli oikein ystävällistä ja mukavaa. Ainut mikä hiukan häiritsi, oli nuorison (lähinnä englantialaisia) kova juhlinta ja huutaminen huoneissa öisin kun tulivat baarista. Muuten voin suositella jo paikan sijainnin kannalta ja kunhan saavat remontoitua kaikki huoneet niin ovat varmasti hienompia. Luotettava paikka kaikinpuolin.

Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde
Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen, merinäköala huoneesta kaunis. Huone oli juuri remontoitu, se oli siisti ja sängyissä erinomaiset patjat ja tyynyt. Siivous oli hyvä, vaikkakin jäi kokonaan puuttumaan kolmena päivänä kymmenestä. Vastaanoton henkilökunta oli asiallista, mutta hieman nuivaa, eivät esim. tervehtineet tai huomioineet asiakasta millään tavalla. Ravintolapalveluja emme käyttäneet, kerroshoitajat olivat iloisia ja ystävällisiä. Puutteena oli se, että wifi toimi vain vastaanotossa ja yhteys oli erittäin hidas.

Bon hotel en général, les agents de services passent tout les jours en chambre pour la nettoyer et renouveler les serviettes, articles de toilettes etc Le personnel n'est pas polyglotte comme indiqué sur le détail mais parlent espagnol, allemand et anglais mais savent très bien se faire comprendre quand même. Un peu déçus du fait que la connexion wifi soit payante et surtout aussi cher car on doit payer pour chaque appareil connecter simultanément c'est un peu comme netflix mais en dehors de sa l'hôtel et très propre, proche de la plage et juste en face de la mer, commerces et restaurant à proximité et accessible à pied le personnel est acceuillant et souriant et pour finir le cadre est magnifique l'eau est cristalline et les été sont prolongé jusque tard à Santa ponsa, il y a encore un grand soleil mi octobre donc c plutôt agréable. Merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel pour son accueil et sa courtoisie. CDT.

Excellent location
Book a sea view room well worth that little extra we stayed here from 6th/14th Oct asked for higher floor got the top floor absolutely stunning view .. room spotlessly clean staff very friendly ..room could have done with a bit more light but otherwise no complaints ..when we had problem with door lock staff were excellent very efficient and apologetic for problem ..would definately stay here again.

Decent option for family
It was OK place to stay, clearly targeting budget traveler. It was not bad but the photos can be deceiving as it looks like there is a beach in front of the hotel, not the case, but beach is nearby. Advantage is it is on the quiet side, where some hotels are right above bight clubs which go to 3am. Sadly no parking anywhere close, so people with cars are out of luck

Tæt på byen og strand
Mega hyggeligt tæt på alt, aircondition var også mega dejligt. Alt var godt og der var flere supermarkeder ved siden af hotellet. Mange spise steder. Deres toilet havde ikke en børste det var mindre godt. Men ellers alt godt. Deres internet skulle man betale for, også mindre godt.

Beware of misleading photos
Unfortunately after checking in to a studio that didn't look anything like the images of the studio we booked, we were told it's Expedia's fault. I explained that it's up to the property to provide the correct images. The studio images are of their apartments so beware. The property charged us for one night even though we checked out within two hours. Expedia was fantastic and refunded us two of the 3 nights because the property claimed we stayed a night even trough we didn't. Apart from this the place is okay if you don't mind being surrounded by British holidaymakers and a Blackpool kind of vibe. They have refurbished the place and it's quite modern.

Not the best not the worst
Over all a nice stay. Santa Ponsa needs a bit of refreshing tho.. the buildings are starting to look really trashy and every other shop is closed... The hotel was ok. If you’re not looking for a view at the concrete wall, pay a bit extra for the ocean view... There is also a fee on the sunbeds in the hotels own poolarea. 3.50 euro per day. Stupid...

Magnificent views
The hotel was in a wonderful location .Views from the rooms were great .Book a room above floor 2 with a sea view.Rooms not overlooking the pool are quieter. Sun beds get sold out by 10.00 most days. People start putting towels to reserve beds very early but you can not pay for them to be unlocked until after 8.30.

Clean hotel, not the best of views.
The hotel was clean but we didn't find the staff the most helpful. I had sent a few email prior to our stay about having a sea view. When we got there the woman on the desk wasn't at all helpful and said we'd have to pay an extra 25euro a night! We had a week spent overlooking a road...at least it wasn't the wall which was all the lower floors got. Our beds...after a search and ending up phoning reception were found under the covers on the two seats in our room. Oh well at least we were only there for a week and only used our room as a base.

Loungers behave!
Room was much smaller than pictures made it look, the guys working were arrogant and charging for a sun lounger what's that all about 70 Euro a week for loungers and 30 Euro for a safe key behave .. other than that great location near beach and cool little harbour with steps direct in to the sea.

Nothing was working in this cold & uncomfortable room. Safe was broken, TV was not working beside too small too far from bed to watch anyway, telephone was not working, no refrigerator although room was studio, no staff available to help, restaurants staff were fine but food was terrible. Practically no breakfast. We tried talk to front desk of course we walked to them because no phone at room, and explained the room & troubles we had, Lady at front desk just said sorry!

De puntjes op de i moeten nog geplaatst worden
De kamers zijn schoon en compleet uitgerust. Vooral het uitzicht bij de kamers met zeezicht is prachtig. Zelf hadden wij een appartement op de zesde verdieping met een slaapkamer. De puntjes op de i slaan op betaalde matige WiFi en verouderde staat van zwembad. Bovendien moet je dagelijks € 3,50 per ligbed betalen. Lokatie en uitzicht compenseren de minpuntjes en we (gezin met 3 kids) hebben het reuze naar ons zin gehad.

Good base to visit area buses from centre to Palma Well positioned 5 min walk one way to town or other way to square.

Gutes Hotel für Sparfüchse!
Es war ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, hatte eine gute Lage am Strand, wo man ebenfalls die Bucht gut erkunden konnte. Wünschenswert wäre vollwertiges WLAN gewesen.
