”Nice tidy and clean room that looked like it had been recently fitted out. Decent sized Kitchen at each end of the corridor i didn't use them but they looked fully kitted out and new. The hotel is on a quiet residential street but took me 5mins to walk into the town centre which has loads of bars, shops and restaurants. Worth calling ahead of arrival and they'll reserve you a parking spot (There aren't many spots) Nice bloke on reception showed us our rooms and kindly found me a fan. ”

Mi hanno contattato subito dopo la prenotazione per darmi tutte le informazioni via whatsapp, gentilissimi e attenti. La camera pulita. Potrebbe risultare piccola per chi è alto e robusto, soprattutto se in coppia ma all'interno è presente davvero tutto. ”

”We had a very friendly welcome and after that the staff were always smiling and helpful. The room was lovely, looking out onto the courtyard, and clean. The radiator in the bathroom wasn't working (we were offered a different room but declined as we'd already unpacked) and handrails in the bath would have been helpful but we managed. They are clearly gearing up for Christmas and the tree in reception was beautifully decorated. The hotel itself is 14th-century, quirky and full of character and...

”I turned up early, and the friendly receptionist, chatted with me for ages. The room was sootless and when I checked in they had put a heater on to ensure the room wad warm. I will definitely return. ”

”Spotless room, excellent heating, plenty of hot water and power shower. In particular Visi, the front of house manager, was very accommodating, after we were unable to book the restaurant, going above & beyond to ensure our NYE was the best experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this hotel. ”

”We stayed for one night for a cheerleading competition. Beds were really comfortable. Price was really good and the evening meal was delicious and a good price. I would absolutely stay here again!”

”We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round .”
