Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

The home comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. The main level features a master suite with a queen-size bed, TV, and private deck, as well as a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. A full bath is located in the hallway for guests.

Downstairs, the third bedroom offers two double beds and a twin bed, with its own bathroom, a small kitchenette, and a second living room that opens to the pool area with a fooseball table.

Private Heated Pool & Outdoor Living:

Enjoy the privacy of a heated pool (heated from November through April) in the fully fenced yard. Lounge poolside or make use of the outdoor space for relaxing or dining al fresco. There are two paddleboards included for your use as well.

Boater's Paradise:

With 75 feet of dockage, you can bring your boat and enjoy easy access to the water. Quick access to the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico from this location. There's also plenty of room to park a trailer, with a nearby boat ramp on Grassy Key. A fish-cleaning station is available for anglers, and beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler are provided for beach outings.
