The Space:

Welcome to your dream vacation rental in Marathon, the heart of the Florida Keys. This charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom haven offers the quintessential beach retreat experience, just a leisurely (0.3 mile) stroll away from the sparkling shores.



You're greeted by an inviting coastal elegance and comfortable ambiance as you enter the front door. The spacious living area boasts sliding glass doors that beckon you to the two screened porches, perfect for savoring your morning coffee while soaking in the serene surroundings.



The primary bedroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, complete with a King bed and an en-suite bathroom for added convenience and privacy. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and can be converted into a king bed, upon request. (kit supplied in closet)



The heart of the home lies in the expansive kitchen, featuring a large island where you can gather with loved ones to prepare delicious meals or enjoy casual conversations. The adjacent living room provides a cozy retreat for movie nights or recounting the day's escapades and offers a queen size sofa bed.



Step outside into your private oasis, where lush landscaping surrounds a sparkling pool, inviting you to bask in the warm Florida sunshine. The spacious outdoor area is perfect for al fresco dining, whether firing up the grill for a barbecue or relishing a sunset dinner under the stars. (Optional pool heat- fee applies)

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern: Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kindern auf den Keys und haben uns im Haus sofort wohlgefühlt. Viel Platz, schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Die Terrasse, vollständig eingefasst mit Fliegengittern, lud bei jedem Wetter zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool war toll, endlich mal kein Theater mit zu viel Chlor o. ä. Der kurze Weg an den Strand und die Lage weitab von lautem Tourismus und doch nah genug an allem, was man braucht, war wirklich perfekt.Kleine Schönheitsfehler waren Dinge wie ein kaputter Barhocker, dem man nicht angesehen hat, dass er beim ersten Sitzen zusammenbricht, nicht vollständig behobener Wasserschaden mit unangenehmer Geruchsbildung und sich hebendem Parkett, zwei Staubsauger im Haus, die leider beide nicht funktionierten. Keine Dramen, aber trübt einfach ein bisschen den Gesamteindruck. Nichtsdestotrotz war der Aufenthalt im Haus wunderbar und sehr erholsam und insgesamt dennoch schwer zu toppen!

Family Vacation

House was very clean. The floorplan was great. Open and airy so the whole family could be together in the kitchen, living room and dining room. Very close walking distance to beach. The pool was the star of the vacation. Very clean and temperature was just right.

Beautiful and Clean

Great location and very clean property. Dining area not conducive to a young child. It was all bar seating so we could not use our sons booster seat and he is too young to sit in a high top chair on his own. Otherwise, wonderful rental and would go back again.

Great Place in Marathon

We had a great time here. Used the pool every day, hit the beach (Sombrero) almost every day. Was a convenient walk from the house. Clean, comfortable place. We really enjoyed our stay.

Exactly what we were looking for

This house was pristine inside. Living space was generous, light, comfortable. Kitchen was perfectly serviceable, screened porch was delightful. The pool was fantastic!!. Bedrooms and baths also spacious and modern.We loved the quiet neighborhood and the short walk to the gorgeous beach. Simply perfect.

Relaxing vacation

I was nervous staying here because when we booked, the house had no reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. This house is conveniently located within walking distance to Sombero Beach. It has a very nice kitchen although we did not cook. We enjoyed spending time in the pool. The neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

What an awesome property. I lived in Key Colony beach for almost 20 years, and yet i am always taken back by these hidden gems. This house was perfect. The family room and kitchen are one large area. Makes it feel so big. The huge sectional sofa is super comfortable and clean. Place has a giant TV. Bright with natural sunlight. Yet you can close the shades and still feel perfect. The kitchen is updated and well appointed with every needed utensil. Full size washer and dryers. Both bedrooms are nice size and both bathrooms are updated and nicely laid out. The back porch js screened in with optional sun shades which definitely help with the afternoon sun. Lots of seating and a screen door that leads to the stairs that take you down to the pool. What a great pool and the pool deck has plenty of seating with a propane grill . HUGE fenced in yard with provavcy fence. The neighborhood is very friendly and very safe and quiet in the evenings. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. Honestly, this property is a true hidden gem. Perfect for two couples or small family. The owners spared no expense and you can see it everywhers. I would recommend this property to anyone and i would definitely stay here again. Almost forgot, they are pet friendly also. My little dog had a blast over this past week.

“Come Monday” - Marathon Florida

Come Monday is a beautiful home that’s well appointed. Light, airy and decorated well but not overdone. Great pool area, the screened porch with retractable blinds is a great addition and allows you to enjoy anytime of the day. Furniture is new and comfortable inside and out. Close to the beach and restaurants while in a quiet and very nice neighborhood. We would most definitely stay in this lovely home again. Island Breezes They were great to work with. You won’t regret this home.
