”We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!”

”One of the best rooms I’ve had in Knoxville. Convenient location. Rooms were quiet. Comfortable beds. Staff/service were average. Weren’t rude, just not friendly or welcoming per se.”

”Everyone was super helpful and nice. The valets took extra care of my vehicle. They were helpful in giving info about the area. The front desk people were genuinely friendly. The only downside was one of the lamps on the right side of the bed didn’t work. I normally sleep on that side. Bed was large. It was comfortable. I had a great view of Neyland Stadium and the campus. I’d stay here again. Wish they had soda and snack machines. The gift shop had coke products only. ”
”This hotel was wonderful! We felt comfortable because it was clean, the maids did a wonderful job! The area is sort of a college town, bars, and such. It has a good vibe but our view was of the alleyway and saw a few weird things outside. But the inside was great and so were the employees, speedy check in included!”
