”We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!”

”AJ did it all. He was the greeter, checked us in and if necessary, valet. Lots of mints and candy jars throughout the hotel. Very friendly, well located and would plan to stay again next time in the area. Parking garage next door was full on Sunday when we arrived but with patients a spot came available. No ticket, no problem they sort it out on Monday morning.”

”Stayed in this fun hotel for one night on our way to Charlotte. It’s right downtown and very close to UT Knoxville. Walked across the street to a fun restaurant. Staff was super helpful, hotel was very clean. The rooftop bar is a must as the views are good and it’s a fun place to hang out. I highly recommend staying here.”

”The room was relatively clean and smelled clean. The water pressure in the sink was very low. The shower water pressure was also low but the water did get hot. Breakfast was really good. They had biscuits, gravy, eggs and sausage. Along with cereal options.”

”Biggest complaint was the bathroom door. Was splintered at the bottom and did not close properly. Needs to be replaced. Also, floor and surfaces were dirty. Socks were dirty after walking across the floor and towel was dirty after wiping night stand surface. On the plus side, king bed was clean and very comfortable and TV was a nice size and had a good selection of channels.”

”I have stayed at "nicer" hotels that weren't as clean as this property. Comfortable beds, easy parking, good breakfast. No complaints and would stay here again without hesitation.”
