”It is located in a convenient area, and the staff were very kind. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The cost performance was excellent. One thing to be careful about is that there are several hotels in the same chain with very similar names in the same block, so taxi drivers may drop you off at the wrong one.”
”This hotel is fairly new (2 years) so it’s clean and modern. Don’t book their cheapest room unless you’re on a budget and don’t care about no windows. It technically has a window but it’s pointed to a strange opening in the hotel where there are some huge pipes, scary looking :)…I changed rooms to get a window and it was excellent ($100 USD extra for the three nights). Loved the room, the location, the staff was amazing. Would definitely recommend. One other hiccup, their hotel description says...
”Loved almost everything about this hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, situated near Ben Thanh Market and Ho Chi Minh City's center, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. Getting around was easy and affordable, especially with Grab services. The afternoon tea provided a delightful range of treats, and the staff were both friendly and helpful, contributing to an enjoyable stay. Only bad thing was the elevator, there is only one and it’s slow as hell.

Huone siisti, mutta kalustus epäkäytännöllinen. Ei ollut kunnolla paikka matkalaukuille ja hyllyjä vaatteille. Kalusteet vei kauheasti tilaa, mutta ei ollut niissä kunnolla laatikoita tai hyllyjä. Kokolattiamatto pilasi kokonaisuuden. Hanat hienon näköiset, mutta epäkäytännälliset. Kylpyhuoneen valo paistoi verhojen alareunasta ärsyttävästi suoraan sänkyyn.
Hotellin käytävällä haisi home, onneksi huoneessa ei haissut.
Club lounge palvelut erinomaiset, erityisesti ruokapuoli - suureet kiitokset kokkille ja kaikille keittiöm työntekijöille.
Emme saanet oikein ohjeistusta uloskirjautumisen toiminnasta matkalaukkujen kanssa, joten siihen ei saatu ollenkaan apua. "

"It felt that the hotel staff were only just trying to learn how to offer quality service to international customers in every aspect. It did not feel like a four star hotel, maybe 3. For example, the doormen (exept for one young gentleman, the polite and friendly guy with the good english and the eyeglasses) were tired, lazy and bored-looking. It almost seemed that opening the door to hotel customers was too much trouble for them. The staff at the breakfast were very uncertain and slow, and the quality of the service varied (for example, some mornings we were first escorted to the table and immediately asked if we would like to have some coffee, and some mornings these things did not happen at all). It did not feel like customers were appreciated. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The whiskey-sour drinks at the hotel bar were not good at all and they cost almost the same as in Europe. On the positive side, the hotel was near good shopping areas and restaurants. We also enjoyed our room. All in all, we had a great time in Vietnam."
