”Very easy to check in and we were able to go straight to the room. The room was very clean and accommodating. We had the breakfast buffet, which was good. Very easy to get to the freeway and restaurants and fast food places not too far away. Did not experience the pool because we had other things to do i.e. sightseeing. overall, it was good choice and we would stay there again.”

”I stayed 3 nights, 27 thru 29 FEB, no hot water the last 2 nights. I stayed again the following weekend, 6-9 MAR, only slightly warm water the first 2 nights. The front desk, Mr. Patel, was indifferent to the issue and was not willing to discount the nightly rate. Failure to provide promised amenities does not fulfill the original booking agreement, but the site manager did not agree. ”

”The first room I was given was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like smoke and the walls had a film of nicotine as if someone had been smoking in there for years even though the establishment was “smoke free”. I told the front desk and he showed me other empty rooms and allowed me to choose. Customer service was great thought. New room still had dingy sheets with cigarette burns in it. Homeless people stay around the hotel as well. ”
