Loud music vibrates through the bed head wall for hours from the next door hotel. Room 205. Advertised as “all rooms have air conditioning” but the switch on the wall is not connected. Room temperature was about 12 degrees.

렌트한 차는 호텔에서 추천 한 주차장에서 안전하게 잘 이용했습니다. 프랑스 사람들 조차 마르세이유 치안을 걱정해주던데 다행히 문제되는 일은 전혀 없었습니다. 연말/연초 호텔에서 묵었는데 새해 맞이 작은 불꽃놀이가 호텔앞에서 있었어요. (12월 31일 호텔직원에서 물어보 잘 모르던데, 당일 폭죽소리로 알았습니다.) 주변에 상점, 슈퍼 많았고, 1월초까지 크리스마스 마켓 오픈되어 있었습니다. 위치 가격 모두 만족했습니다.

Séjour agréable malgré la pluie. Personnel accueillant, souriant, répond bien à nos attentes. Le confort est correct, pas de bruits, établissement bien reposant. Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir lors de mon prochain séjour à Marseille. Bravo à l'équipe

Cet hôtel n'a que des qualités. Il est situé dans le Vieux-Port, à une minute de la station de métro, les chambres sont petites mais impeccables et confortables. Le personnel est serviable et sympathique et les petits déjeuners sont les plus complets et les meilleurs que nous ayons eus de tous les hôtels où nous avons séjourné. Bref, allez-y les yeux fermés.

Great location, with everything you need at your doorstep. Port and metro just steps away. The hotel is modern, clean and staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal Porto Vecchio e vicinissima ai negozi e alla stazione della metro. La nostra camera era giusta per 3 persone e veniva pulita regolarmente. Abbiamo apprezzato la colazione, invitante e variegata. Staff gentile e sempre disponibile

Bad Management-Very Disorganized Staff The staff is not well trained when it comes to recording if you made a reservation for breakfast or not. When you reserve the day before, they forget that you did and embarrass you in front of people asking you repeatedly if you did make a reservation. Fatima, the lady at the breakfast buffet, is extremely rude and condescending. They expect you to have breakfast everyday in their facility and will try to charge you even when you never made a reservation. It is much more pleasant to have breakfast at a café outside of the hotel than in their boring room on the first floor. They lack honesty and integrity. Very bad management. I have never experienced such lack of professionalism.

Très bonne étape sur le vieux port de Marseille
L’hôtel est très bien situé une rue derrière le vieux port. La chambre qui disposait d’un balcon est très propre et confortable même si elle n’est pas très grande. La Clim fonctionne très bien, la TV super. Le personnel est très prévenant et m’a recommandé un bon restaurant! Le petit déjeuner peut être pris dans la salle, sur son balcon où sur la terrasse devant l’hôtel (ce que j’ai fais) c’est un vrai plus: avec des journaux à disposition c’était parfait!

L'accueil très chaleureux. La localisation de l’hôtel est idéale, proche de tout commerce, du vieux port et des transports en commun. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Tout le personnel est agréable, bonus pour Léa et Leila qui sont très souriante et avenante ! Pour moi le seul point négatif est l'absence de frigo dans la chambre ... Je recommande cet hôtel.

I booked this hotel based on its location and air conditioning, but to my disappointment, it turned out that the hotel did not have air conditioning. Instead, they had a central fan system. The most frustrating part was that the staff insisted that they did have air conditioning. When we arrived, the receptionist informed us that they were undergoing maintenance on the air conditioning system, which explained why it wasn't working. Our room was located on the top floor, and we could see the maintenance work being carried out. To summarize, this property did not have a functional air conditioning system. We contacted Expedia, and they attempted to move us to another room. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, and our room was specifically designed for three people, which limited our options, as such rooms are not widely available in most hotels in France. The worst part was that I had booked a five-night stay during June, which is summer time with high temperatures. The next day, the hotel's solution was to provide us with three fans, one for each person. We decided to endure the discomfort and left the hotel early in the morning, only returning late at night. Although the management was understanding, their only resolution was to provide us with fans. If you plan to stay at this hotel, I would strongly advise against visiting during the summer months. Otherwise, this experience turned out to be a nightmare due to the lack of air conditioning.
