We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. ”
”I am frugal when it comes to hotels. My wife and 12yo both asked 'are you sure this is the right hotel? ' when we entered the room. Location isn't the best but it's interesting. The amount of wildlife we was from the parking lot - alligators and a giant egret nest was amazing BUT it is across the bridge from Hilton Head peoper. Not a concern at all if you're interested in seeing Bluffton and it literally nest to the bridge.

”This place is just barely holding on. None of the ice machines worked, there were guests sitting in the hallway due to multiple people (MULTIPLE) staying in the rooms, I think they were permanent. No breakfast. If I would have known all these things in advance I would have paid more and stayed somewhere else.”
