”Room was lovely, but really could do with some air-conditioning as it was unbearable to sleep in the heat, the fan supplied was pretty much useless. The staff were fantastic and made us feel welcome throughout..
The only downfall is we had children in the room above us who were constantly bouncing a football!
Would I return again? Yes but there needs to be a stricter policy about children.”

”A lovely setting unfortunately full of golfers but as it's a golf club it is to be expected 😀
We had a car accident the day before we were due to leave and the lovely receptionist Anna was so helpful with giving us a free extended checkout time. The room was lovely, I wasn't overly overwhelmed by the menus available but the breakfast choices were excellent. All in all we had a lovely time and I would definitely recommend Dale Hill”

”Well, this is England and many things differs from Nordic style so we were very satisfied and understand and accept differencies. Corridors and public areas are very stylish but also little bit old fashioned..full carpets etc. and f.ex. why to have hot and cold water valves separated?..
Nice hotel anyway, nice location!”

”I am writing this review to warn others about the unacceptable service I experienced regarding my recent booking.
Due to a personal medical emergency (following recent surgery), I was unable to attend the booking with my partner as originally planned. I communicated professionally with the owner/management beforehand to explain that I would instead be arriving with a group of 8–10 colleagues for a scheduled branding and promotional project.

”Visited as we had a family funeral with the wake being held at the Bannatyne hotel. As a family we couldn’t recommend it more, we were given a room upgrade which was lovely. Breakfast was excellent with great choice for everyone. Would definitely stay again.”
