”I travel a lot and this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. When I tried to check in, the front desk told me Expedia had not released the payment and I couldn’t check in. I showed them my email proving I paid and they said they see I paid but Expedia hadn’t sent the money. They suggested I cancel the room and try rebooking. I told them I booked a non-cancelable rate and they said Expedia would waive the penalty. I didn’t think that sounded right and offered a credit card as backup....

They was hair stuck to the shower and accumulated in areas on the floor. Communication was difficult with the housekeeping staff as they did not speak English. They were very nice. We thought that the card was swiped for incidentals. We called the reception to ask why this was done. He claimed that he had not charged the card and no apology.
