”Great hotel!!! Would stay over and over again. The rooms are modern, spacious and uniquely laid out. The staff was always friendly and quick to say hello. The bar is a nice touch and staff was very nice there as well. The drinks were stiff too. The pool area is clean and well kept. The beds are comfy and the pillows aren’t flat. I never tried the breakfast. Highly suggest. ”

”Very spacious kitchen/living room area. Staff was super friendly. Only 10 minutes away from Charleston downtown (historic area) and free parking. Excellent breakfast.”

The only confusion I had was that I prepaid for breakfast and didn't tell them at the breakfast nor was I asked if it was prepaid.Thankfully, I confirmed at checkout and they refunded my breakfast charges. Had I not done this I would have double paid for breakfast. The breakfast was very good and thankfully NOT a buffet but fresh to order. My kids loved it.”

”The staff was wonderful. The building is showing its wear but the room and all else was very clean and fresh. For a quick stay under 10 minutes to center of town, with shuttle provided to town & back it was a pleasant stay. I would stay there again. ”

”We loved staying at 360 king. The whole experience start to finish was incredible. We were greeted by Bethany and Julia and two gentlemen (owner) who welcomed us and helped with our luggage. Our apartment was beautifully decorated and spotless! The bed was one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in. They provided a white noise machine and even earplugs. ”This place was very nice and close enough to walk to things. There was a deli about two blocks away that was good for lunch and you could walk to King St. in about 10--15 minutes. The room we stayed in was very spacious with a separate living room and full kitchen. ”
