”Cute room-everything updated and very clean. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean.”

”Hotel was clean and very conveniently located.”

”The property was beautiful and well maintained., but could benefit from having the connecting pathways better lit, as at night, we had to use flashlights to see our way between the pool hot tub fire pit areas and the restaurants We only found out at check in that there was a resort fee of 45.00 dollars a day. We asked to check out one hour late the last day, a Monday, and were told there would be a 75.00 fee, even though it was practically empty. The property was recently acquired and the front...

”Everything was perfect i really love coming and staying here I sleep excellente I've stayed at the Hilton and no didn't like it”

”Great stay!”

”Great location right next to the bridge — you’re downtown in 10 mins. New hotel, great value especially for families with kids. It has a nice pool but it was cold (they claim it’s heated but couldn’t tell). Nice rooms and modern hotel. Highly recommend.”

”Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was great as well as everything else!!”

”The room had built up dirt in every corner. My white socks were dirty after walking from the bed to the bathroom. There was dust on the room divider wood. We were put in a room along the highway. It was very noisy. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

”Our room was quite clean. There was very little noise. The breakfast was nice. If you left hungry, it was your fault. We had no problem at all with the accommodations.”

”The front desk staff Joanne was extremely rude and aggressive towards me when I went to check in. She made me feel uncomfortable and like they would call the authorities if my dog made a single noise. She needs training on how to treat customers. I have traveled to other best westerns with my pet before and she ruined my weekend making me paranoid to leave my dog in her crate in the room for any amount of time. Mind you other dogs were barking too, yet she came at me with aggression while...

”Stayed here to attend a meeting. Best thing was the breakfast - nice options including bacon, sausage, and delicious egg bites. Coffee available all day. The room included a refrigerator, dishwasher. A little sad that I wasn't staying longer.”

”I had a Terrible experience with this hotel in the bathroom was dirty towels on the shower area, fresh blood on the sheets and all over the bed , I told the front desk, she told me I need to wait to next day because she is not a housekeeper. I ask for the supervisor and they gave us small sheets for two persons and I had to change my self, but they didn’t gave me pillows cover and it was bloody too,I had a terrible night I don’t recommend this hotel at all.”
