”Room was fine. Floor in common spaces needed cleaning. Elevator floor and walls were noticeably dirty. Room had a musty smell and fan in bathroom did not work. Breakfast was mediocre. We asked if there was milk for the cereal and were given a partially frozen gallon of milk to use. It was not appealing. Proximity to Kings Dominion is as good as you can get. It is right across the street. There were railroad tracks behind the room but we did not hear any trains. Could be because we ran the air...

”Staff was nice, but room was old and smelly. You can open the window if you don’t mind being 20 ft away from a passing train. Try to catch a room facing the parking lot!”

”TV Didn't Work the majority of our stay Couldn't get hotel staff on the in-room phone it didn't work The chair at the table Cut a Gash in my wife's Buttocks When she sat in it a broken rod stabbed her But the staff were awesome but We will not be staying there next year and I Dont think it was worth the cost”

”The building looks new and room looks new but nothing feels clean. Floor was dirty in the room. Walked out of shower to bed, my feet got dirty from the floor. Shower gel and shampoo was completely empty had to ask for them to replace. Hair dryer was also missing. Had to call for them to bring up. The room just didn't feel ready for us even though we online checked in 24hrs ahead. Plus there were ants in the lobby for 2 days and not cleaned or had a solution for. It was all over the coffee...

”The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during our 4 night stay. The beds were so comfortable it felt like we were home. There was Dove shampoo and body wash available to use. We booked a 2 room suite which was perfect for me and my teenage son. There was coffee, hot tea and lemonade available 24 hrs. The linens were soft they did not feel like typical hotel bedding and towels. We were pleased with our stay. We even had a view of the Eiffel Tower at Kings Dominion from our room....

”The water preasure and temperature were amazing! The bed was soft, pillows plush but that frame was loud! Haha. It's on the nicer end of what you'd expect from a truck stop motel of that price but it was one I'd go back to.”

”Went to room, saw all the hair and unsafe locks and took my duaghters and left.”

”The hot tub was unavailable in that it was full of nasty water and kept making gurgling sounds. The pool area was covered in trash, used towels were everywhere, there were no clean towels available, the board showed the pool hadn’t been checked in 8 days, and the restroom in the pool area had a clogged sink and toilet. The room had stains on the walls and carpet along with a curious smell. We left after one hour.”

”We stay at the Comfort Inn because of their beds. Earlier in the evening, we noticed ants were on our bedside table, and we didn't have any food or drink with us. When we went downstairs for breakfast, there were ants on the countertop. So, we decided to skip breakfast and eat on the road. Not sure if I would stay here again. I hope they fix this issue soon!”
