”The hotel is in a convenient location to our weekend activities. The staff were all lovely and made the stay as comfortable as possible.”

”This hotel is Conveniently located across the street from Kings Dominion. We drove 3 1/2 hours to go to amusement park and after a long day needed to rest. We drove literally out of the park lot across street to this hotel. The indoor pool added for extra fun for kids. Pool open til11pm and check out at 12 so that helped a lot to. The hotel is clean and served a good breakfast. The beds aren’t the best but everything is clean!”

”Not enough tv channels and its right next to Kings Dominion ”

”The room was not clean. There were food items under the beds and the couch. There was no shampoo or body wash. They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given.”

”They did not have breakfast, they had cereal, bread for toast and some juice type drinks. The room was clean luckily but exterior (including doors to rooms) was in very poor condition. ”

”It was run down looking the pool cover was trash on top of it just looked dirty and only two towels and no ice in machine bathroom faucet broken”

”Friendly staff”

”As soon as you walk in, you see the brightness and difference in the lobby compared to other hotels. Room was clean, shower was great, staff was friendly, 24 hour coffee or tea, they had white boards hanging outside the elevator that gave ideas for restaurants, things to do. A nice touch was the TV in our room said Welcome Judi. Definitely will be back.”

”The property was clean, convenient to I95, and close to a few restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly. My wife and I both thought the breakfast was better than average with good variety and reasonable freshness. ”

”We had to change rooms 3 times!!! The first room we were given a key to was Occupied!! The second room, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet running!!! The 3rd room ..the refrigerator didnt work..it was Horrible!”

”Drug paraphernalia on the nightstand. Sheets have stains , sink and room not cleaned before checkin. Left this hotel mid-stay to go to another. Expedia nor the hotel refunded my stay even though I provided pictures”

”I had a hard time with my Expedia reservation but Rabine was extremely helpful and spent alot of time solving my problem. He helped me reach out to Expedia and try to explain why I was having trouble. I couldn't get anywhere with Expedia on the phone so we left and he called me and told me that he had straightened it out and my reservation was all set. I really appreciate his help. He is a great employee to have representing your company.”
