”As soon as you walk in, you see the brightness and difference in the lobby compared to other hotels. Room was clean, shower was great, staff was friendly, 24 hour coffee or tea, they had white boards hanging outside the elevator that gave ideas for restaurants, things to do. A nice touch was the TV in our room said Welcome Judi. Definitely will be back.”

”The property was clean, convenient to I95, and close to a few restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly. My wife and I both thought the breakfast was better than average with good variety and reasonable freshness. ”

”We had to change rooms 3 times!!! The first room we were given a key to was Occupied!! The second room, the fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet running!!! The 3rd room ..the refrigerator didnt work..it was Horrible!”

”The hotel is in a convenient location to our weekend activities. The staff were all lovely and made the stay as comfortable as possible.”

”It was run down looking the pool cover was trash on top of it just looked dirty and only two towels and no ice in machine bathroom faucet broken”

”Went for breakfast and every table was dirty and the food counter. Worker was too busy on her phone and eating in the kitchen. Workers from the construction site are housed here and parking is crazy. We’ve stayed here many times but now it’s time to find a new place. Area has gotten well overdeveloped.”

”This facility should not rent to travelers. Apparently it is housing for people in need, which is great, but there were police there when we arrived and we had small children. Apparently someone had died. The receptionist was very helpful in answering our questions and allowing us to cancel on site. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and was not very clean either.”

”Overall good stay. Lots of restaurants all around the facility with in 0.30 to 4. 0 miles and more if you like to explore further out.”

”The room was not clean. There were food items under the beds and the couch. There was no shampoo or body wash. They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given.”

”This hotel is Conveniently located across the street from Kings Dominion. We drove 3 1/2 hours to go to amusement park and after a long day needed to rest. We drove literally out of the park lot across street to this hotel. The indoor pool added for extra fun for kids. Pool open til11pm and check out at 12 so that helped a lot to. The hotel is clean and served a good breakfast. The beds aren’t the best but everything is clean!”
