”Room was clean. Well maintained property. Staff was every nice! Breakfast was typical but plentiful. Coffee was excellent! Parking and area around hotel was well lit. Felt safe.”

”Frankie at check in was very accommodating. The room was clean but drain in bathroom sink was slow to drain and one of the seat cushions had slits in the fabric which was reported to from desk.”

”The breakfast was very nice and so many options. We traveled with toddlers and a picky teenager...no problem finding something for all to eat. We canceled other places and paid cancelation fees to stay here...we're very happy we did!!”

”After changing rooms (because the AC was not working)....the room was basically clean and comfortable....with only minor maintenance issues noted (burnt out lightbulb, loose vanity faucet etc). This hotel is a lower priced, affordable option for this area.”

”The staff were great, especially the friendly man who maintains the great breakfast area. However, we did have some issues. Some outlets in the room didn’t work, the TV system was confusing to use, the hairdryer was melted, not enough towels, no shampoo. All in all, the stay had minor issues and the staff was welcoming and great.”

”Not a ton of amenities but it’s been updated. Very clean. Good enough for one night after being at King’s Dominion all day. Would not do a long stay here but it’s fine for what we need. Slept great. Mattresses were comfortable.”

”The place was amazing and the staff were beyond helpful and we're understanding... its just the beds was so uncomfortable I couldnt get an once of sleep the entire time. Other then that it was a great place to stay at.”

”The room and the hallway smelled bad. The room and bed was small, did not provide enough space for our luggage (only 3 suitcases) and the kitchenette was not equipped with any cookware, coffee maker, nor dishes. The location also was way out of Ashland and inconvenient for visiting folks in the town of Ashland. This place was not what we expected from the description on Expedia.”

”The property is very new. The area around it near the Henrico convention center is very new and construction is ongoing. Thus, the parking area is confusing. I am sure it will quickly improve as the improvements are completed. Breakfast was good with eggs and sausage/bacon included. I would return.”

”Stayed with family. Property was clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast was really good with multiple choices. Room was clean with nice bathroom and amenities. Property was close to restaurants and shopping. Went to multiple yard sales while visiting this area and people were friendly and inviting. Would definitely stay here again if in area. Only con was no business center available.”
