”Staff very nice, even when we checked in at 12:30 am. Clean hotel! Great for us for a few hours”

”The property overall was clean and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and also very clean, with comfortable beds and a sizable bathroom. Microwave and refrigerator are included in the rooms, along with a freezer slot in the fridge.”

”Hotel was filthy and in poor repair. Room smelled like stale smoke. Sink didn’t drain. Tun was dirty, hair bands left on floor.”

”Not clean even a bag of trash was left in the room. Old equipment and rusty things. Not clean carpet floor. Bathtub old with stains. No elevator. Lack of enough bread for breakfast and hot water. People were drinking with bottles I sitting on stairs.”

”I got a room with no tv, no fridge - I had bedbugs so bad we were eaten alive. It's nasty and gross and to top it off they put a new guy there that had been only working 3 days and he double charged my card and it took 4 days for me to get MY money back - disgusting”

”We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and well kept and breakfast was very good. Next time we are passing through the Richmond area, we will definitely stay at this hotel again! ”

”Room was rundown. No place to eat dinner nearby. Breakfast and staff OK”

”The lady at the front desk gets 5 stars! The hotel was apparently oversold and she had no rooms that had not already been paid for. But when she saw that my reservation was also prepaid, she found me a good room and said, "I will have to deal with this later." She did not need the added stress but was very kind and helpful through it all. My only issue which is no fault of anyone there but the water pressure was barely enough for a decent shower. And the hot water ran out after about 5...

”Although they provided breakfast in the morning i wasn't feeling well and my wife went to bring me some back but was told no food taken back to the rooms.”

”The beds were comfortable a little small but its durable the rooms weren't bad at all.”

”The room was not clean. There were food items under the beds and the couch. There was no shampoo or body wash. They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given.”
