”A really handy stop off on the way to the coast to an event. Easy parking, clean room and bathroom, comfy bed plus lovely staff! As we arrived later in the day we decided to eat in the pub next door.. the food was basic but OK. The breakfast was also served in the pub and at both meals the staff were really welcoming and helpful. I would stay again if I was in the area overnight.”

”I stayed in the hotel for a single night alone during my trip to England. The location is rather remote from the main city centre and the surroundings near the hotel are a bit dodgy, without any services nearby. On the positive side, the Strood train station is very near the hotel, so if using this station the location is very convenient. No reserved parking is available at the hotel, only regular street parking.
The hotel itself is very barebones, with a tiny reception area and a very narrow...

”How this hotel has got the reviews it did, has completely perplexed me. Omitted to say it's right next to a landing strip, we were woken by helicopters landing late.
We booked a premier room, if that's the standard of a premier room, I'd hate to see what a standard room looks like, I will never stay there again.
The bathroom cleanliness was very bad, the bathroom sink was disgusting. I had to try and wash it before I could use it.
The material condition of the room was very poor, when I tried...
