”We left too early to have breakfast but I was able to grab a cup of coffee to go. The only thing that was inconvenient was we checked in late (10:30 pm) and the parking lot was full so we had to cross the road and park at the hotel across the road - it was below zero and there wasn't a path snowblown in the snow so we had to walk through the snowbank with our luggage in those temps in the dark/late as two women...not a great situation.”

”Well, the man at the desk gave us room 102, the first room from the check in desk. There are only a handful of cars in the parking lot which made no sense. I went back to the desk and asked for a room on the third floor far from the elevator which he accommodated”
