”Nice affordable hotel with many names: Sunrise Inn or Budget Motel but don't let it get in the way. Rooms were fully renovated within 6 months of our arrival so all surfaces were quite new. Staff was nice. You can hear trains and car traffic inside quite loudly so make sure you have plenty of beer or at least traveling without nagging people.”

”Room had an unusual and slightly unpleasant smell but looked clean. Outside breakfasting area was never cleaned during our stay. There was rubbish on the ground. The seat cushions looked tired and worn on the outdoor sofas. Breakfast varied from day to day so you were never sure what you’d get. Sunday’s breakfast was best with more options available. Staff were always friendly and helpful.”

Hintaan kuuluu iltaisin hieman viiniä ja virvokkeita yhdessä naposteltavien kanssa. Tarvittaessa saa tietoa omistajapariskunnalta tapahtumista, suosituksista yms. Sijainti erinomainen, lähellä Kennedy space centeriä Ehdottomasti tulisin uudelleen.”

”Ok for a one night stay. Not the biggest or the cleanest room out there. Kind of sketchy area, although close to the interstate. Stairs outside had carpet on them which was wet due to rain and as a result smelled. Ice machine next to my first floor room and would hear each time someone got ice.”

”Loved the hotel. Clean and roomy. Sheets were so crisp and cool feeling. The only problem was parking. They are doing construction or something behind hotel. We did not want to park in street. We will be back thou. Breakfast waffles were great.”

”We stayed one night at Island Hotel of the Space Coast after our cruise and visited the Kennedy Space Center. Even though the building and the pool area are a bit outdated, the staff was very friendly and accomodating, and the room was quiet. The price included a continental breakfast. A good value-for-price for a short stay.”

”Pulled in late at night after a long day of travel with my family. The scene was like a cross between The Walking Dead and Pulp Fiction (very strange people roaming around at 1AM). Tried to give benefit of the doubt, walked up to our room through dirty stair case and hallway (there is an invention called a pressure washer), opened the door to a nice stench (a pleasant aroma of cigarettes). My wife looked at me like I was crazy (thank god my son was asleep), and I immediately felt horrible for...

”The room was to be less desired a Jacuzzi tub with no privacy curtains, and a bathroom the size of a closet that you could barely close the door and you would have to be a child to sit on the toilet seat, terrible decoration, riding all over the wall”

”It was really hot in the room, even after the air was turned on during the night. There was hair in my shower that wasn’t mine or any of my guests and Blood or wine stain in front of the sink in the bathroom.”

”The bathroom I had in my room had an issue with mold and the ventilation for it was not great. The door also had to be forced closed. The sheets has some issues with bleach stains but I didn’t have any bug or cleanliness issues. The TV wasn’t as updated as I had hoped which is fine. Breakfast times weren’t amazing but it was nice, thé pool was especially nice, I just wished there was a skimmer because of how many dead bugs there were in it.
