”Location is 5-star and only surpassed by how attentive and kind the staff are. The room is left, A/C works beautifully as does the shower, sink, etc. Great water pressure!! However, I did find a small ball of the previous guests’ hair in the shower floor, which was cleaned when housekeeping came in the room. The towels are great and big but have holes in them, which as a dude traveling solo I didn’t mind but I know my wife would have. Great Location comes at the cost of the street outside...

PERFECT location in Condesa, walkable to so many great restaurants, shopping, the beautiful park. The staff was so friendly and helpful - especially Adan at the front desk. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to MXC!”
