The Space:

Welcome to your home at District 225, one of Downtown Miami's newest luxury towers and a short walk from the FIFA Fan Festival at Bayfront Park. This Studio residence on the 8th floor is fully furnished, professionally designed, and completely move-in ready, with city views framed by floor-to-ceiling windows and abundant natural light throughout the day.



Sleeping & living

The home sleeps up to 4 guests in: a queen bed, dressed in fresh hotel-quality linens. The open living area is built for relaxing after a day out, with comfortable seating, a smart TV with streaming apps, and a sofa bed for an extra guest. In-unit climate control lets you set your own temperature, and the space stays quiet and private high above the street.

Parking

Complimentary off-site parking is available for our guests, subject to building availability. Please note that this is a building-managed service, and its use is governed by their specific safety and administrative rules.

Parking access cards are provided as a courtesy for guests and are subject to availability. Availability depends on the timely return of the cards by previous guests. While we make every effort to have parking access cards available for each stay, we cannot guarantee their availability in all cases. We appreciate your understanding and kindly ask that all parking access cards be returned before check-out to help ensure availability for future guests.



Important 24-Hour Rule:

To ensure fair use, vehicles cannot remain parked for more than 24 consecutive hours. To stay compliant, you simply need to exit and re-enter the garage before the 24-hour mark to reset the timer.



Note: Failure to follow this rule may result in fines or towing by the building administration at the guest's expense. The host is not responsible for building enforcement actions.
