**Pool is open Friday–Sunday ONLY, due to scheduled building maintenance.

Starting September the balconies will be shut from the outside and inaccessible.



Guests must submit a picture of a valid ID (License, Passport, Gov`t Issued ID) in order to be able to check in. Please note this is a required step in the registration process. Guests who do not submit IDs would not be able to check in.

We will personally meet you in the lobby for check in. Please inform us of your ETA ahead of time so we can coordinate to meet you at that time.



Our regular check in time is between 3:00pm-10:00pm



*In case a check-in after 10:00 PM needs to be arranged, a $50 fee in-cash will apply.



Guests must be checked out by 11:00am.



If a late check out is needed please request it with anticipation. If the guest does not complete the check out by 11:30am a $100 fee will apply. If the guest is not checked out by 1:00pm a full nightly rate will be charged.

As we have multiple check ins/outs in the same day we appreciate your understanding.
