Tuesday very loud construction we could barely sleep Wednesday. It was a shut down cannot leave the property for four hours. They kept yelling things over the intercom. The door was closed locked. We cannot enter our exit the facility from outside.

Incrível, melhor lugar que já fiquei em Miami. Bem localizado, perto de supermercados e farmácias, e fácil acesso para as praias. O apartamento é extremamente equipado, a cozinha tem todos os utensílios necessários para cozinhar, sala ampla, sacada, TVs na sala e quarto. O prédio possui Estacionamento gratuito, piscina e recepção 24h para receber encomendas.

Our condo and location were fantastic. The pool and outdoor kitchen were lovely and in the back side of the busy street, we had no trouble sleeping. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken and the oven didn’t heat properly so we were not able to fully utilize the kitchen.

The room was nice. But…right next to railroad tracks that had trains running morning and night, loudly. Traffic right outside the room was also very loud. There is not a hot tub, as was listed for the property. You could see the ocean if you stood outside on the balcony and leaned to the left. It’s in a pretty scary part of town. Don’t go out alone. The air filter had a date from September 2018 and was filthy and obvious that it hadn’t been changed, from the amount of dust and grime on it. Yikes! It was nice to have covered parking. The location isn’t bad, for getting to various places in the city. But, take a car! We will probably look for other accommodations, in the future.

Upon arrival and check in there was no code provided to unlock doors. Had to call them to send the code. The lock on the door would not light up the first night and we had to stand for 20 minutes before the door started working again. The gentleman in Toronto (host) told us that they will have someone come the next day between 11 and 12 to fix the issue. Nobody showed up. The last night was terrible. Heard a woman screaming of her lungs at 1:30am and at 3:57am and 4:57am someone was banging the heck out of our front door. Went to check through the peep hole and couldn’t see anyone. Tried calling the WhatsApp number provided and no one answered. Tried calling them in the morning at 7am to see if we could sleep in for extra 2 hours since we couldn’t sleep with all the chaos. They said they could only give us an extra hour since someone else was checking in later that day.(understandable) The 2nd bathroom was dirty and the drain had clump of hair.(nasty) Location was great for the places we had planned around the condo. Also, people from 2 floors up kept throwing cigarette butts. The patio was amazing and surprisingly huge.

Great place to stay. Free parking. Clean, Sunny Apartment and everything works. Everything you need. Located on the same floor as the gym and hte swimming pool. I would definitely stay here again.

After having received the Room charge for 4 nights, the owner (Dave) asked to make a deposit and I paid. On his turn he gave all details but didn’t give the digital key to enter in to the apartment. The apartment was found unlocked (i) so we entered. But we couldn’t get out of the apartment as there was no system to lock the apartment. The owner hides behind spooky persons who manage his apartment. Next day we received the digital key but that didn’t work. When mechanics they found the lock now working as battery was empty. When they changed battery they still couldn’t operate the lock as they said lock must be 4 digits, but we got 8 digits. So this chaos wasted our 2 days fully. I need the compensation for 2 days. Expedia agreed but couldn’t compensate. So I have taken legal action, and details are also being put on the Bay Suites dot us. The apartment is spacious but not that premium as advertised. Very simple (sombre) amenities. Toilets are stopping every time. It is 1 mile from downtown thus not a walking distance from shops.

I had a very disappointing experience with this stay. We experienced ongoing maintenance issues, including leaks from the shower and sink, as well as toilets that were not working properly. Because of the leaks, some of our clothing and belongings were damaged, and the unit was not in a livable condition. We were told a plumber would come, so we waited for the issue to be resolved, but no plumber arrived. Instead, we were later told the plumber was unavailable and were offered another room, which did not make sense at that point because we were already leaving early due to the poor conditions. I contacted support multiple times and was told the property/refund request was being worked on, but the refund process has been unclear and unresolved. I was also told the property needed to approve the refund, even though I had already been informed in a prior chat that the refund for the remaining nights was approved. Overall, the lack of timely maintenance, poor communication, damaged belongings, and unresolved refund made this a very frustrating and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend staying here at all.

Is says the location is in the design district, its not. But the negative review is for them having dirty sheets, pillows with makeup and stains on them. Having wet and dirty towels rolled up on the bed, for us to use. Dirty and stained towels in the bathrooms. Poor communication, not offered to fix anything and will deny the refund after the fact. Pictures are of a similar, but different unit, and probably when it was brand new. Walls, floors and furniture are all stained and dirty. We checked in at 11pm with family, waited for an hour trying to resolve it, checked-out within an hour and will not be going back. They will lie to expedia that they offered a resolution or even replaced the towels, when nobody came and they only told us to keep on waiting. Didnt hear back until following day after I called them myself. Not a safe unit to stay in, stay away.

READ OTHER REVIEWS and be aware: there is effectively no way to contact the owner or property management prior to arrival. The contact information provided in the listing went unanswered, and the Special Instructions listed were not upheld. Upon arrival, the “front desk” provided a different phone number and contact name on a Post-it note, which was the first time we were given a usable point of contact. Until then, we had no way to reach anyone. As a result, we lost half a day of our vacation standing in the Design District with all of our luggage after disembarking from a cruise, simply trying to confirm basic information about bag storage. The front desk can assist with signing the agreement and issuing keys, but anything beyond that requires contacting the owner. The front-desk attendant was visibly uncomfortable speaking with the owner. We were told in person that an early check-in at 2:00 PM could be accommodated. However, when we returned, we learned that neither the owner nor the front desk had coordinated with housekeeping, resulting in additional delays. Eventually, messages were received from the owner via Expedia, but not in a timely or useful manner. A welcome message was not received until our second day at the property, and checkout instructions arrived only after we had already returned home to Colorado. Additionally, these messages were only accessible via desktop and not on mobile, further limiting their usefulness during travel.
