The A/C was not working properly. It stayed at 79 degrees the entire time. We were unable to park due to having a stock Ford F150. They said it was too large, not too tall. They parked other pickup trucks in front of the building. We had to pay additional 40 dollars & park offsite. Staff was friendly and condo was clean.

We came for a business conference and after a long day, we were able to enjoy the amenities, which includes the gym, the hot tube and the kitchen was well equipped. We definitely recommend this stay and look forward to rebooking it in the future.

We had a bit of last-minute (24 hour) confusion on confirmation, but were able to store our bags in temporary storage until check-in time. The front desk help was very accommodating and helpful. The amenities were OK. The VRBO needs some updating, including a fresh coat of paint. Feels like an early 2000's decor.

Property was outdated which didn't show in pictures. Lights were very dim and made it hard to see in living room and bedrooms. TV remote didn't work in bedroom. View was nice and property within walking distance of great restaurants.

Great location! Nice place.

Pros:Stayed 1 night pre-cruise. Loved the condo and location. Clean. Beautiful view from deck. Close to CVS right downstairs and many restaurants. Cons: Check in was rough. Staff at front desk were not very friendly. Had messaged owner A few days ahead of time twice to make sure everything was a go but didn’t hear back. On arrival, had to text copy of divers license to owner that i thought I had already sent. That caused some delay but once we got past that, things were okay. Also, we didnt have enough towels or washclothes but got by since we only stayed one night.

Good host in hectic building

The unit is as advertised, though all the walls are stuffed and beat up.Host is quick to respond and we had no issues.The building is rather hectic, tons of temporary guests here so people are in and out all the time

Great location and price

We stayed here for a few days before our cruise as it was cheaper than a hotel and allowed us 2 separate bedrooms. The condo offers the basic necessities- towels, dishes, laundry. The elevators do take some time as noted because there was always at least one out of operation, but that didn’t bother me. It’s no different than a busy hotel or cruise ship. Location is great, easy to walk to many shops and restaurants and parks. The pool was nice, there are 2 pools but one was closed for maintenance. It was not crowded so it didn’t matter. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a great location as far as convenient to the port, parking was a bit difficult, we only had one spot assigned on site, the other family that was with us was limited due to the height of the vehicle and couldn’t find a spot close by, we got lucky to find one 3 blocks away to keep their vehicle Luckily once that was settled we was able to utilize the bus and metro to get where we needed fairly cheap
