Aika kulahtanut hotelli. Likaiset lattiat ja vähän epäsiisti joka puolelta. Kosteus tuntui huoneissa vaikka ei ulkona ei ollut vielä kostea aika vuodesta. Huoneessa haisi hieman homeelta... Edullinen hinta teki Hinta-laatu-suhteen toki ihan hyväksi verrattuna alueen muihin majoituksiin. Wifi ok. Punttisali ok. Allas-alue ok. Sijainti ihan ok.

Wifi don't work inside the rooms, that's a big minus... Also they don't release your security deposit at all, i'm down 200 bucks.. Feel's like being robbed

Check in went great…. My room didn’t have a tv in there which was ok because I just needed to sleep…. The property definitely can use a full remodel… the walls are very thin we heard guest partying all night long screaming and hollering with loud music…. I brought my own towels and bath rags but for my other guess they didn’t have enough to accommodate and mostly eveyone there speaks Spanish bring your own towels the restaurant close at 4pm which is crazy because check in not till 4 I paid 500 security fee that I supposed to got back in cash they didn’t communicate well with leaving the deposit, which was left out but didn’t look welll enough they did submit it to come back to my card on file and it came back the same day overall I enjoyed my stay

Where do I start? Upon arrival staff told us they would call us when our room was ready. That didn’t happen. I had to continue to check and then magically it was available. We had 4 guests in our room they only gave us 2 washcloths. When I asked for more they didn’t have any because housekeeping was closed. Our room was extremely loud and continually made noises that woke us up overnight. Then to top it off checkout says 11 on the website but they came and knocked on our door at 9:45am and stated checkout was at 10. They then denied our late checkout. The staff was not attentive and seemingly did not care. My family and I will not stay here again.

Photos are different than what was advertised. Onsite restaurant closes at 1:30pm which is terribly inconvenient. Trying to get towels, shampoo, conditioner, or any other usual necessity is almost an impossibility

The rooms were dated. One thing we may never forget about this property was there were no bedroom doors on two of the rooms. Great staff, friendly great location to the beach but too expensive for what it was.

The only problem with this property is the parking spaces are very small, the cars are very close to each other. Another detail about the hotel is that the pots they provide are not useful, the food sticks and burns! And the carpet was really dirty… other then that After all, it is a very nice place and makes you feel like home!

Schönes Appartement, Parken teuer (sind 17.30 Uhr angekommen- Check out nächsten Tag 10.00…für diesen Zeitraum 85$, Housekeeping 18.00Uhr Feierabend - deshalb keine zusätzliche Decke und Laken bekommen, obwohl wir wegen der 2. Schlafmöglichkeit ein 2 Zi Appartement gebucht hatten. Trotz high Traffic gut geschlafen (schalldichte Fenster) und toller Blick auf Miami super Lage, gleich am Strand und Promenade

La atencion no es muy cordial. Los departamentos estan bien y punto, le falta mejor mobiliario. El departamento tenia 2 puertas de ingreso, una principal y una secundaria a la cocina, esta ultima tiene cerradura de una habitacion interna, con un pestillo muy endeble. Se empuja y se abre. No es para nada segura. Esta sobre la playa y tiene servicio de playa y piscina. Hay un parking publico a 2 cuadras.

La habitación 6-A tiene cucarachas, la cocina tiene gusanos y polillas, la alfombra del cuarto está manchada en diferentes sitios, el baño está sucio y todas las puertas están en malas condiciones, muy deterioradas, realmente NO VALE EL PRECIO QUE PAGUÉ, no se justifica el monto por el servicio prestado

Hola Flavio,Gracias por su comentario! y nos gustaria saber mas sobre este caso para poder hablar con el departamento adecuado usualmente no tenemos estos problemas y tenemos una persona destinada y profesional que trabaja cada semana con nostros revisando que no tengamos ningun tipo de inserctos en los departamento. Sentimos mucho si tuvo esta mala expreciansia y vamos a tomar nota sobre este asunto.Me gustaria que nos diaras una segunda oportunidad igual entedemos si no es possioble.Saludos!

El edificio está muy deteriorado, y sucio, hay problemas con el elevador, la habitación está sucia, las puertas rotas, la nevera no hace hielo, el baño está sucio y deteriorado, las alfombras están sucias, y manchadas, el wifi siempre averiado, dificultad para tener internet,en general esta propiedad está abandonada y sin mantenimiento alguno. Lo único bueno es el personal y atención al cliente me tratan muy bien, amablemente.

When I checked in we had 6 people (4 adults and 2 kids). I was told that it was hotel policy that we could only get 2 keys even though we had 4 adults. It made it very inconvenient. When we were unpacking we had a stranger come into our room. He had stayed the night before and left his jacket. The hotel staff told him to come up to our room and look for it. They should have escorted him or they should have come and looked for it themselves. We NEVER had clean towels. We had clean towels when we checked in and for 4 nights we had no clean towels. I asked for towels and was told to come back at 6:00pm. I came back at 6:00 and was told that housekeeping had left for the day and they were out of towels. This went on for our entire stay. We had to use wet dirty towels for our entire stay. It was awful!! The front desk would not answer the phone. We had to go downstairs every time we asked for towels. We even stopped the housekeeping staff in the hallway twice and asked for towels. Their response was, "I don't speak English." They walked right past us.

Be prepared before you book! These suites are roomy, but you do not get towels, toilet paper, room service , etc. it’s like renting a condo. You have to clean everything yourself and the elevators are a nightmare during normal hours (8am to 6pm). Took me almost 30mins to get room in an elevator with two suitcases. Ridiculous. The only good thing is the beach and location to the beach. Everything else is on you.

We got the two bedroom ocean view and it was worth it. Every window you look at, you see the ocean. We watched every sunrise in the mornings and they were gorgeous. The beach was very close to the resort. We found the elevator to be very annoying because it was very slow. Then we discovered stairs and that was much faster.. I would go back to this hotel again. It was very spacious inside and great for family. We went with our kids there was lots of kids around.

The only good thing about this place is the location. The rooms were dirty, carpet felt dirty. They did not provide towels, when we asked they said staff was gone for the evening. They knocked on door for me to check out at 10 am, and I had extended our stay (prior to the trip) they told me I had to check out and check in again at 4 pm, insane. The only nice person was the lady at the restaurant, she was sweet. She was the only person working.
