** This condo is located within a privately owned condo-hotel building, the former Sonesta Hotel, now Hotel Arya, which means units are individually owned and some are occupied by full-time residents. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, occasional noise from nearby units or building maintenance may occur and is outside our control. Construction or repair work by residents is permitted only on weekdays between 9am and 5pm (excluding major holidays), in accordance with city code, and no noisy work is allowed on weekends. Unexpected maintenance by the building may also arise with little notice. For any disturbances during quiet hours (10pm–7am), please contact the front desk so security can address the issue promptly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

There is no daily housekeeping included and there is no onsite cleaning crew. If you would like daily housekeeping our cleaning crew can provide this service to you for an additional cost, and must be scheduled 24-48 hours in advance. The front desk cannot provide extra towels or sheets, please do not ask them. Replenishment of toiletries are not provided.

**For stays between 10-14 days we will require a maintenance cleaning during your stay.

**For stays between 14-28 days we will require two maintenance cleanings during your stay.

If you book stays longer than 10 days, we will send you a payment request for the service and coordinate the date and time for the cleaning.
