Stay was as expected for that price, average. Receptionist was great, embarrassed by having to ask for ÂŁ5 for parking. The parking charge was unexpected and unwelcome, they had plenty of time to warn us but didn't bother.

Stayed for three days for a work event and enjoyed it. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the property was clean and tidy. Being located in the city center there's plenty of things to see and do nearby.

Firstly we had to wait at the reception when we arrived to the hotel. It was quite bizarre that there was no one in the reception. Then someone came after a couple of minutes later. For a hotel like this, having only one person at the reception was unusual. Moreover during the 2 days we stayed, elevators ...
