”Beautiful location in small town of Lieser. Nice rooms and super comfortable beds. No minibar in room which is not suitable for this level of hotel.
Service two-folded, partly excellent, partly very poor and misleading guidances. Spa and sauna not open and ready in the morning despite customer promise. ”
”Fantastisk oplevelse. Ankommer sent fra Frankrig. Ringer da receptionen burde være lukket på det tidspunkt. Ingen problemer. Restauranten lukkede 20.30 vi var der, de havde allerede noget klart til os - super dejligt og tak. Værelserne store, rummelige og godt indrettet. Sengen enorm. Vi sov godt. Buffeten næste morgen var flot og lækker, der manglede intet. Vi kommer igen og vil nok benytte os af et 3 dages tilbud, hvor man besøger vingård og sejler på Mosel.”

Ainoa miinus kun keskieuroopassa ei käytetä kiertoilmastointia vanhemmissa rakennuksissa oli huoneen ilma kostean tuoksuinen. Jokatapauksessa käytämme tuota hotellia jos tuonne päin uudestaan tulee mentyä.”

”Fabulous view and good hotel. We live the bathtub in the hotel and we couldn’t get enough of the view. We were a bit unlucky because the lawnmowers started to mow early in the morning. But that is not the fault of the hotel. Also at night there were lots of people outside, making noise, that woke us up a couple of times. Also not the fault of the hotel. Al the noise could have been a bit softer of we would have closed the door, and we didn’t.. so conclusion: very beautiful place ”
”I stayed at the hotel for the Luxembourg Remich 70.3 Ironman race. First of all, I spent a relaxed and comfortable two days both at the hotel and at my room. Parking was available with a fee. The staff prepared me a snack box for breakfast upon my request which already made my race morning. They were friendly and showed great hospitality from check-in to check-out. The breakfast itself was also great. I definitely recommend this value of the price hotel.”
