”I stay here everytime I come to visit my daughter and this is really the first time ive had a complaint. I had two rooms for this trip.And both of them smelt very bad. ”

”We booked this hotel based off of the reviews and it didn’t miss! Incredibly clean, the staff is so friendly, the breakfast was bomb and well kept. Can’t beat the value! And the drive to the city was not bad at all in the mornings that we stayed. Would stay here 10 out of 10 again!”

”We were never able to check in. We arrived at the motel at 6:30pm. No one was available to check us in. There was a sign posted outside the office saying that check in was only from 3 to 4pm. We lost the money we had paid for the room, and had to find another hotel to stay in. A drug addict who was staying in one of the rooms was wandering around in the parking lot. He scared my wife.”

”It is very loud with kids, teens, and adults running the halls and screaming on phones. Rooms are dated as are appliances. Streaming is slow. Not a home away from home unless you live in apartments with tons of kids. ”

”The gal that checked us in was very sweet and helpful. The suite was very office-like and cold but the bed warm and comfortable. But I found hairs in the bathroom and the kitchen which I find gross. Breakfast was great - make your own fresh waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, yogurt, pastries and breads, and fresh fruit. Didnt make it to the pool.”

”I would recommend for a weekend stay. The green surroundings are beautiful, I greatly enjoyed the time outdoors. Friendly customer service. Room noise cancellation could be a bit better. At least during a weekend, there are a lot of families so be prepared to share the swimming pool with children running around ;)”

”My flight got cancelled and I was a day late checking in. I contacted two numbers to notify the hotel but the front desk didn’t receive the notice. They had us down for a no show and cancelled our reservation. The employee working the desk went above and beyond to give us rooms and said his manager will fix the issue in the morning. He was so professional and courteous. I was very pleased on how this was handled. Thank you!”

”The only negative was the water pressure in the shower. The price was excellent and the facility was clean and extremely quiet ”
