”So crowded that it toook you like 20 min to get an elevator in the morning. No place to sit or take a call in the lobby because it was full of travelers suitcases. Breakfast was also below average and always so crowded that it was hard to get anything to eat or for example toast your bread. ”

”Room was nicely updated. Beds were small and uncomfortable though. You could see light coming in from around the door that led to the hallway- as a result, you could clearly hear everyone walking by. VERY small elevator. The hotel was very convenient to everything in the Times Square area though!”

”Location, Location, Location! This small hotel is in a perfect location to see the city. Grand Central Station is just across the street, but we walked everywhere. I love a smaller hotel with character. The beds were so comfy, and the room was a quiet oasis in the middle of big city hustle and bustle. The staff was so nice and helpful. We loved Brendan at the front desk. We will definitely come back!”

”Hotel Henri is a bare bones property. There is no lobby other than a couple of chairs in a corner. There’s no apparent security - just a person at a little counter with a laptop. Only one person we met after our 6 night stay was friendly and helpful. The rooms are less than basic with nowhere to unpack other than a few hangers and nowhere for folded clothes. We had to live out of our suitcases opened on the one chair and one luggage rack. The photos on Expedia for this property are deceiving...
