”It was close to the airport (12 minute rideshare), had a bed, bath, tv, and a lock on the door. Coffee is put out about 5am in the small lobby. It was sticky and dirty and the bed swayed. Ample parking and many people staying the night with flight issues. As grateful as I was to have it, I would only recommend it as an alternative to sleeping at the airport gate.”

”I arrived after hours, my flight was delayed. I had to call down an attendant to check me in... I had to call her twice after waiting 20 minutes. The entire lobby smelled of Marijuana. There is not standard lobby, without a key card, you cannot just walk in, so if you need to order food, you must go open. Attendant had a Terrible attitude. The room was another thing. TV did not work, no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, bathroom door had a hole as if someone punched it?”

”We were put into the handicap room which I did not request. The room had a bad smell to it. The bathroom was dingy and didn’t feel clean. The shower, barely worked and first of all when we woke up the next morning we found a huge blood stain on the sheets that we were sleeping on, and it was not from us the following warning we complain to the front desk and the hotel just informed us are going to refund us the stay so I’m expecting a refund from you Expedia”

”The hotel had a smell. When I walked in my AC unit was turned down to 52 so the room was freezing. Staff didn’t seem to be able to answer many questions. Refrigerator leaked. Iron did not work properly. The coffee pot had residue in it. I was thankful I was only there to sleep for a few hours.”

”What we liked about the property: (1) the location was good, pretty close to our daily destination, fairly easy access to I-88, reasonably close to food sources; (2) our room had a pleasant and calm color scheme; (3) the climate control fan was quiet and could be set to run continuously which allows for a better night’s sleep as compared to when the fan comes on and off all night; (4) the room and the bathroom were very spacious.
