Huono palvelu, kuluneet ja likaiset tilat.
Saavuttaessa aulan henkilökunta ei osoittanut kiinnostusta palvella hotellin asiakkaita. Töykeä käytös molemmilla, tietoa hotellin palveluista ei juurikaan saanut. Ravintolan henkilökunta sensijaan kovin ystävällistä ja palavelualtista. Lisäksi ravintolan ruuat olivat kaikki runsaita ja hyvän makuisia. Huone oli parhaat päivänsä nähnyt, kulunut ja jopa likainen. Hotellin kuntosalilla osa laitteista epäkuntoisia, ja puitteet hieman omassa huoneessa tehtyä jumppaa paremmat. Vakio kysymys: Yöpyisinkö uudelleen tässä hotellissa? En, jos muita hotelleja on tarjolla.

Hyvätasoinen hotelli, liikematkustajalle sopivat palvelut. Nopea internet yhteys. Rauhallinen sijainti, ei liikenteen melua. Lentokenttäkuljetukset sisältyvät hintaan. Ravintolalle kehut sekä palvelun, että ruoan suhteen.

Siisti hotelli mutta saapuessamme ilmaista lentokenttäkuljetusta joutui odottamaan 1,5 tuntia ja soittelemaan perään. Aamulla taas ei onnistunut kuljetus ollenkaan autojen vähyyden vuoksi vaan jouduimme varaamaan taksin joka maksoi 30euroa. Illalla suihkut ei toimineet kunnolla mutta aamulla olivat kyllä taas kunnossa. Illallinen oli oikein maistuva ja aamiainen samoin. Tähän hotelliin en kuitenkaan ketään suosittelisi majoittumaan.

We had a pleasant comfortable stay. Location was close to airport , shuttle bus was on time, only would be even better if it runs every half hour then hourly, or time on demand as there are 7 of us to fill the whole car. Breakfast was very good.

The complimentary shuttle service to Terminal 1/2 Malpenza Airport accessible to commute to any places in Milan to Rome, Venice by Train or bus. Amazing Buffet Service and Dinner order Ala Carte Pizza was superb - crust was still soft in the morning as leftover snack. Ordered Steak not enjoyable was chewy and hard. Ensure to improve and promote your convenience store more selection for guests to purchase necessities if needed. But overall amazing staff - especially Larisse Grazie Mille. Arrivaderci.

Your cottage needs to be updated. The stairs are too steep for an older couple. Your air conditioner doesn’t work. Thankfully we were able to change rooms. Your main hotel was very clean and comfortable. Your grounds were beautiful.

We love the junior suites that have 2 rooms in one! Great for family with pre-teens that want own space but not separate room. It would be great if the calcetto table was fixed! It's kinda sad with that many players missing legs/heads or entire bodies!

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauberes Zimmer (sogar 3 Flaschen Wasser als Gastgeschenk im Kühlschrank), Frühstück auch top. Das einzige das Hotel ist etwas abgelegen von Milan ca.1h aber dafür sehr nah am Flughafen Malpensa, deshalb habe ich nichts zu meckern. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen.!

We stayed one night here. Hotel was clean and check in staff were very efficient and helpful. Location is about 15 min drive from the airport but was further from city centre than expected but didn’t affect our plans. We booked the shuttle for pick up from the airport but unfortunately we weren’t advised of the pick up spot when booking and when I messaged a couple of days beforehand to confirm, the hotel’s reply didn’t come through. We did get it sorted and were able to arrange pick up by the next shuttle. Just be sure to confirm shuttle location at time of booking to avoid these issues. Staff was very apologetic about the issue. All in all though we had a pleasant stay and definitely recommend this hotel.

I arrived way too early due to unavoidable circumstances. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They stowed my bags, allome to loiter for hours in the lobby, arranged an early checkin for me, and even gave me coffee in the breakfast room. Bed was comfortable, restaurant and bar were fine, morning airport shuttle hassle-free. Nice but not walkable neighborhood.

The restaurant was unexpectedly great… the front desk team was efficient and courteous. The shuttle to the airport was the reason why I chose this hotel on a very rainy day
