Property is ok. But there are some issues with the property.-They won’t send you the check in information unless you do it via a third party page. Here you are asked to 1) register all your personal information (which seems sketchy considering i have already done that via the vrbo app) 2) pay an additional city tax which isn’t mentioned before (why isn’t it included initially when i pay in the vrbo app). After you do all that you are given your chek in information.-getting in touch with the owner: you can only get in touch with them cia whatsapp. You can’t contact them via the vrbo app (which again feels sketchy considering the vrbo app specifically says not to contact anyone outside the app)- check in: finding the box with the keys is not very well specified. It’s crossing the street and 7 or 8 m far away- the walk up: it doesn’t mention that the apartment is on a 4th floor attic, so it’s tricky going up with all your luggage- wifi: the wifi for the apartment wasn’t working during my entire stay. The owners didn’t do anything about it.-check out: i had put that i wanted to check out at 11, but the cleaning lady arrived at 10:30 to clean up the apartment -clean: the apartment was very clean, so that was nice
