Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the shuttle service. To clarify, our shuttle costs 5 per trip from 05:00 to 10:00 and from 18:00 to 23:00. Our hotel's location is clearly indicated: we are 35 km from the center of Milan and just 8 km from the airport. Additionally, we have a restaurant inside the hotel, and there is a pizzeria and a minimarket within a 15-minute walk. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future with an improved experience.
