”Front desk staff were very friendly, but some of the bar/service staff not consistently so, which is a shame. Lack of radiator in the bathroom meant wet towels were hanging around in various places in the room. (Odd when there’s a pool and likely wet costumes). Room temp wasn’t great, either too warm or too cool, and no opening window meant we couldn’t get any air in the room. Overall hotel is nice and feels premium just a few basics missed”

”The hotel was great and clean. It was near a Park and Ride. Taking a bus from there to the city centre was easy and the journey took only about 10 minutes.
