Prime Hook Beach Luxury Home

On the Delaware Bay, this home sits with views of the bay with beautiful sunrises, and views of the Nature Preserve Lagoon Prime Hook Beach sunset in the evenings. It is truly a relaxing location away from the crowds of the popular Delaware Beaches, but close enough to drive to all the amenities they afford. This home has private beach access, screened in porches on the bay and lagoon side. It allows for beach time as well as any nature activities including bird watching, kayaking, paddleboarding, or just floating on the bay with gentle waves. It offers a gourmet kitchen with a restaurant grade stove, 2 oven and flat top griddle. The home also has an elevator for accessibility and ease to move in/move out. There is also access to a grill outside for any outdoor cooking. A 3 car garage as well as plenty of parking outdoor in a U-shaped driveway.

The main floor has the kitchen, pantry, one bedroom, full bath and half bath. It also has two other sleeping areas one with a futon, one with a murphy bed. There are 2 large seating areas with smart tv's. The 2nd floor has the master bedroom with full bath and sitting room facing the sunset. There are 2 additional bedrooms each with queen beds and private baths. Also, there is a loft sleeping area overlooking the library which has a twin and full bed as well as tv.

Because this is a natural beach, it is a mating area for horseshoe crabs and they will be present in May to early June. There can also be sea grass and other wildlife in the bay. The dunes are protective, and we ask all guests to respectfully refrain from disturbing them. The house does have a private boardwalk to the beach with water to clean off before coming back in.
