”My first impressions were very positive as the hotel is in a great location in Maidenhead and only a short walk to a variety of restaurants and eateries both chain and independent. The parking area is quite extensive allowing more than enough room for hotel and restaurant guests. ”Olimme joka päivä aamusta iltaan Lontoon keskustassa ja emme tarvinneet kuin aamupalan,joka oli riittävä ja tarpeeksi monipuolinen.Pyynnöstä sai lisäksi lämmintä aamupalaa,pekonia,munia etc.Palvelu oli kohteliasta ja asiallista.Paikka sopii hyvin itsenäisille matkaajille.Sijainti lähellä Heathrown lentokenttää,Lontoon keskustaan pitkä matka.Bussilla lentokentälle ja siitä jatko maanalaisella keskustaan.Lähellä juna-asema,mutta junaliput huomattavasti kalliimpia,suosittelen siis bussia nro...

”2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....

”Switched selected room upon arrival as room I reserved was not available anymore. Had no power to charge devices before a long flight due to what appeared to be a shortage in electricity. Was promised an investigation regarding my reporting of a room that was not cleaned but no one had followed up with me, messages ignored also. ”
