”Property is beautiful, the room itself was beautiful and spacious. But the room was also not cleaned well and had a good sized number of small bugs crawling around the floor. When paying $300+ a night I don’t expect to see bugs crawling around the room.
And to be clear the front desk agent at check in was amazing and extremely helpful. On the other hand the person from housekeeping was very nonchalant about the bug situation and so was the maintenance person. Extremely disappointing”
