”Ihan ok hotelli, iso huone”

”Great breakfast! Helpful staff.”

”The room was very small. It reminded me of a tiny room in New York. There was hardly anywhere to put luggage and toiletries. I could just barely roll my luggage between the bed and the wall. It was a tight squeeze. We also weren’t in a very nice area…we had a homeless lady approach us just outside the hotel doors and followed us inside insisting she see our documents (which would never happen). The receptionist was great.”

”Sadly I had a very bad experience at this hotel and do not believe it should be on Hotels.com. It really isn’t a hotel - more like a spare room in someone’s house. The temperature outside was 37 degrees (and didn’t drop below 27 degrees all night), but the A/C in the room was broken and all there was to try to keep you cooler was a very old fan. You couldn’t open the door to the terrace without moving the bed. (I was offered an alternative room in the attic - with working A/C but it was a...

”We spent total of two nights in Milan and the apartment was perfect for our trip. The area didn’t feel ”touristic” and our host offered great amount of recommendations (restaurants etc.) in the nearby areas. Room itself was tidy and felt like excelent condition hotel room. Communication with our host was also excelent. Recommend this for couples or singe travellers!”

”A nice hotel with its own vibe. Not too big, but the room we had was spacious and had its own terrace. The breakfast was good, and the service was great.”

”Nice hotel. Good room and excellent breakfast”

”We stayed three nights. The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The walls are thin, so the voices from the neighbors could be heard well. The pool area is nice and clean. Breakfast is ok, except on Saturday morning it was quite poor. The staff is absent, not very friendly and does not speak English except a few words if necessary. The restaurant was made into an old greenhouse, which is a nice looking place. Nowhere is the restaurant's opening hours stated, and we didn't get lunch...
