”This place was in need of many improvements. Our room was dingy and dark. The bathroom fixture had three different colored lights; one white one off white and one that blinked on and off. The mattress was concave and should have been replaced long ago. The pillows, hard as a rock. For the price we paid, this hotel should have paid more attention to detail. ”

”This place was very, very mediocre at best. The staff was average to poor. Our initial reservation was for three nights, but then we extended it to four nights. When we checked in at the front desk, we were told we had to come back at 9 PM to make sure that the extra day was connected to our three day initial reservation. The room was OK but I I don’t like the two sliding doors to get into the bathroom. They never close properly. I like to keep the heat and steam in the bathroom and those doors...

”Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!

”Stayed here for a 3-day conference that was at the Wild Horse Resort. This hotel is an excellent alternative to the high prices at that resort, especially since we only came for the conference. The price was a third of the resort price and only a 7 minute drive. The location is great and close to the freeway. The staff was super friendly and the room was extremely clean and looks like it was recently remodeled. The bed was comfortable and sofa was a nice extra. Breakfast was very good and...

” I stayed at this La Quinta Inn last night and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff member, Elise (I hope I got her name right), was incredibly polite and helpful—she truly made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
This particular La Quinta is exceptionally quiet, which made for a very restful stay. In fact, it’s one of the best locations I’ve stayed at.
