”Hotel was very clean in all over. Renevation had just been made. Very nice pools for younger and older. Water was very warm. Very many sunbeds was available. Also water slides was nice for our children. Hotel is very big and many different buildings. After we found our hotelroom it had gone time. Maybe better signs would be appreciated. If we'll travel to Gran Canaria would this hotel be definetely our choice.”

”El hotel esta muy bien, el personal muy amable. El hotel es grande, así que uno necesita mucho tiempo para desplazarse. La comida esta rica y saborosa, con muchísima variedad. El café tambien, pero el té es malíssimo, es increíble cómo pueden servir de té de tan mala qualidad - lo más barato? Una cosa muy importante: si quiere ser un hotel sostenible, hay que mejorar muchas cosas! Los productos de limpieza huelen cómo venenos, no hay incentivos ni instruciones para no querer limpieza cada día,...

”Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant. Food is average and allergies are not taken seriously. We have grain allergy and it would be nice to have signs to tell what is included in the food portions. Food overall was just basic. The hotel is rather loud both during a day time because of the pool bar and during the evening/night because of the bar and loud people. The rooms don't have any sound proofing. In case you want to sleep before midnight, ask room away from evening bar. There is no...

”Koko hotelli-idea ihanan puutarhan keskellä on ainutlaatuinen Kanarialla. Palveelu on myös hyvää/ loistavaa, mutta viime vuosina on vähemmän henkilökuntaa, joka näkyy esim illallisella tarjoilijoiden kiireenä. Ainoa heikkous on surkeahko internet-yhteys.”
