âI stayed at the hotel a year ago with 3 friends and loved it so much I booked it for myself, my husband, my daughter and my three adult grandchildren a year later and we all loved the hotel. It may be the best all around hotel we have ever stayed in!â
âIf you are going to Benficas game, choose Upon Lisbon. Also airport and biggest shopping center of Portugal, Colombo, is very nearby. Breakfast good enough, gluten-free is also available on request. The gym is small and of poor quality, but pool is OK. Far away from city center, but taxi is very cheap. Special thanks for cleaning.â
âThis hotel is truly a gem. We stayed a couple of nights in another five star hotel and quickly discovered after our arrival that Sublime Lisboa was on a whole different level.
The service is spectacular, every detail is well thought of, the room was beautiful and spacious and the Davvero restaurant is fantastic.
If we ever come back to Lisbon, this is the only hotel we will stay in, 10/10! â

Hotel is in a beautiful old building. Hotel owner Nuno was great and gave us many useful tips. Location of the hotel is very good. You can come here straight from the airport with one metro. And then it is easy to move around the city with metro stop right next to the hotel. Hotel was very clean.
Only minus points were moisture in room and bathroom because of inadequate ventilation and soundproofing could be better.
Overall I would highly recommend...
âHotelli hyvĂ€llĂ€ sijainnilla. Todella erinomainen ravintola ja baari, Aidosti asiakkaasta vĂ€littĂ€vĂ€ palvelukykyiinen henkilökunta. Omalla autolla vaivaton löytÀÀ ja helppo pysĂ€köinti. SPA ja uima-allas plussaa superhelteellĂ€. Huone tilava ja hyvin varusteltu joskin kaipaisi lattiaremonttia (kokolattiamatot pois ja parkettia tai laattaa tilalle)
Kaiken kaikkiaan suositeltava hotelli.â
âFor the price of the stay, the guest house itself was fine. Walls were thin so earplugs for sleeping were a must, at first I was taken aback that my room didn't have a window, and the building is old, so even before my stay I was fully aware I didn't reserve a luxury room at a fancy hotel. However - what made me leave a 5 star review on all aspects was the hospitality and professionalism of the lovely staff, and everything that came with it.
The guest house's shared spaces were kept VERY clean....
âPalvelu oli hyvÀÀ . Aamupala ja vkl buffee erinomainen. Viikolla kĂ€vimme kerran syömĂ€ssĂ€ ja ateriat oli hyvin pieniĂ€. Sijainti ok metro lĂ€hellĂ€. Huonoa ettĂ€ lĂ€hellĂ€ ei mitÀÀn kauppaa.

âKaupunkilomalla Lissabonissa ja 5 pĂ€ivÀÀ tĂ€ssĂ€ hotellissa. Lentoasemalta suora metroyhteys kaupunkiin, josta hotellille n. 800m matka. Hotellissa erittĂ€in hyvĂ€ palvelu, meille esim. jĂ€rjestyi huone heti aamupĂ€ivĂ€llĂ€ ja lĂ€htöpĂ€ivĂ€nĂ€ huonetta sai pitÀÀ alkuiltaan asti, ilman maksua. Aamupala oli laadukas ja hyvĂ€. Wifi yhteys toimi myös huoneessa hyvin. Hotelli ei sijaitse ihan keskustassa, mutta meitĂ€ se ei haitannut. Tarvittaessa metrolla tai taksilla pÀÀsee, jos ei joka kerta jaksa kĂ€vellĂ€....

"The service at the front desk was good. However, the hotel is in need of renovation. Several pieces of furniture were broken, and the overall atmosphere felt stuffy. The fitness room is outdated and poorly equipped, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly."
"There was no possibility to use a hairdryer in front of a mirror. It was difficult learning to use the light and curtain system. The toilet walls were of glass - not a nice thing. "
"It started to smell like cigarette in our room that apparently came from ventilation. We discussed the matter with reception and the offered a room change to similar one where smell wasnât an issue. I would recommend them for their flexibility!"
