âI stayed at the hotel a year ago with 3 friends and loved it so much I booked it for myself, my husband, my daughter and my three adult grandchildren a year later and we all loved the hotel. It may be the best all around hotel we have ever stayed in!â
âIf you are going to Benficas game, choose Upon Lisbon. Also airport and biggest shopping center of Portugal, Colombo, is very nearby. Breakfast good enough, gluten-free is also available on request. The gym is small and of poor quality, but pool is OK. Far away from city center, but taxi is very cheap. Special thanks for cleaning.â
âExtremely friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room with amazing extras like free water bottles and high quality shower things. The location was great, there were shops, restaurants and markets on a walking distance metro was right outside of the hotel. Good sound proof walls (didn't hear a thing from hallway / other rooms) and surroundings felt safe coming from a solo woman traveler. Overall a very pleasant experience!â

âThis hotel is truly a gem. We stayed a couple of nights in another five star hotel and quickly discovered after our arrival that Sublime Lisboa was on a whole different level.
The service is spectacular, every detail is well thought of, the room was beautiful and spacious and the Davvero restaurant is fantastic.
If we ever come back to Lisbon, this is the only hotel we will stay in, 10/10! â
âWe spent 2 nights here, and had a very plesent stay. The room was clean and well furnished. Breakfast was again well presented and tasted great. The hostess was full of knowledge of places to eat and visit. â
âWe stayed 3 nights. Everything was top notch, The room was clean and nice, breakfast was excellent and served from 7-11:00 so you don't have to rush to eat even If you wake up a bit late. Hotel staff was very friendly.â
âStaff was helpfull and very kind also they speaked very good english. Breakfast and dinner has a lot of options always you find something to eat. The room was clean, comfortable and bed was really good.
We didn't like swimming pool on the roof top, because always when we went there all sunbeds was taken. Also people usually reserved those sunbeds for whole day and other people doesn't get change to sunbeds.
But for sure I recommended this place for everyone if you don't want to spend whole...
âGreat hotel. Great staff. And on top of all Great service. Our rooms were upgraded to connecting rooms on our request and the front desk manager was just too kind and amazing he got us what we requested for on no extra cost. Huge rooms. Very comfortable. Only one thing we did not like was the Breakfast which costs ÂŁ28 per person and not up to the standard, on the day of our flight we had the chance to have it at the hotel and they messed our order, however after composting to the staff we were...

SPA ja uima-allas plussaa superhelteellĂ€. Huone tilava ja hyvin varusteltu joskin kaipaisi lattiaremonttia (kokolattiamatot pois ja parkettia tai laattaa tilalle)

âPalvelu oli hyvÀÀ . Aamupala ja vkl buffee erinomainen. Viikolla kĂ€vimme kerran syömĂ€ssĂ€ ja ateriat oli hyvin pieniĂ€. Sijainti ok metro lĂ€hellĂ€. Huonoa ettĂ€ lĂ€hellĂ€ ei mitÀÀn kauppaa.
Uima-allas oli pieni mutta sopiva.â

"The service at the front desk was good. However, the hotel is in need of renovation. Several pieces of furniture were broken, and the overall atmosphere felt stuffy. The fitness room is outdated and poorly equipped, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly."
"There was no possibility to use a hairdryer in front of a mirror. It was difficult learning to use the light and curtain system. The toilet walls were of glass - not a nice thing. "
"It started to smell like cigarette in our room that apparently came from ventilation. We discussed the matter with reception and the offered a room change to similar one where smell wasnât an issue. I would recommend them for their flexibility!"
