The apartment is named to Piero della Francesca (1416 - 1492) Renaissance Italian painter.

Probably the most private cottage at Sant' Antonio in the country side. The private arched terrace, furnished with a garden table, chairs and situated at the entrance of this recently refurbished accommodation has magnificent views of the Valdichiana valley, lake Trasimeno and Umbria in the distance. For your comfort and privacy we have placed sun beds under the shade of a Chestnut tree situated at the entrance of the accommodation.

The entrance leads into the open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with a large window boasting the same splendid panorama of the Valdichiana valley and lakes.

The oak wood kitchen has all the necessities to cook a delicious local meal which can be enjoyed on the terrace or the rustic dining table that seats 4.
The living area is comfortably furnished with a double sofa, a comfortable single arm chair, coffee tables placed in front of the log fireplace adding to the atmosphere during the cooler out of season months. WIFI and satellite TV has been installed to kept you up to date with international events and news.

The one bedroom has a double bed with an orthopaedic mattress and Egyptian cotton bed linen.
The characteristic bathroom with its original 500 year old wall exposed consists of a shower, toilet, bidet and large sink.

Situated some 15 meters from Piero della Francesca apartment are terraces which have barbecue sites and magnificent views of Lake Trasimeno, Montepulciano Lake and Chiusi Lake in the distance.

The apartments have been restored in one of the most ancient monasteries in Montepulciano, Siena, and they are the ideal home for relaxing weekends or holidays, amongst the famous green rolling Tuscan hills, close to Pienza, Montalcino and Siena.

The apartments are all completely unique and different one from the other regarding dimension, style and set up. The accomodations have been designed with maximum attention to details with all the comforts required to spend an unforgettable memorable holiday amongst the green Tuscan hills.

The rates are in Euros and do not include central heating. This is to be paid separately on a consumption basis.

All the apartments of Sant’ Antonio are self catering and are fully furnished with linen, towels etc and all kitchen utensils.
Linen is changed twice a week, on your arrival and mid week.
