Property Villa Nibbiano is a lovely property (250 sq m) that includes private pool and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to six guests comfortably in three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Conveniently located 2 km (1 mi) from Montepulciano, Italy in the tourist area "Orcia Valley" and only 31 km (19 mi) from Cortona.

Montepulciano can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes, or 200 mt from the villa you can take a bus that takes you into town.

After arriving you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the city and the hills ideal for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany.
