In total, the estate offers 6 luxurious double suites (two of which include an additional single bed) plus 1 adjoining single bedroom ideal for a child or crib, comfortably hosting your entire party, a big private swimming pool, private garden and shady parking.
The garden extends across approximately 3,000 sqm, offering a mix of open spaces and shaded corners.
Days tend to unfold between the pool, the garden, and the outdoor dining areas:

The Main Villa:
hosts 3 independent suites, each accessed directly from the garden:
The Fireplace Suite: Located adjacent to the dining hall, this romantic hideaway invites you to unwind with a comfortable living and dining area, a crackling fireplace, a quaint kitchenette, a walk-in shower room, and an exquisite master bedroom featuring its own fireplace and soaking hydromassage tub.
Two Garden Suites: Situated on the opposite wing of the villa, each suite features a spacious triple bedroom (one king-size bed + one twin bed) and an en-suite bathroom, making them ideal for families with young children.
The ground-floor living area features a grand dining room and fully equipped chef’s kitchen with its own private entrance. Anchored by a long family-style dining table seating up to 16 guests, this gathering space also includes a dedicated guest half-bath (powder room), the estate’s seventh bathroom.
The owner’s private chef is exclusively available upon request to craft tailored breakfasts, lunches, and multi-course Tuscan dinners (external chefs are not permitted).

The Granary:
Set directly across from the main house, this restored stone barn spans two levels, perfectly oriented toward the estate grounds and pool:
Upper Garden Level: Boasting its own private entrance and intimate living area, this suite features a double bedroom with a king-size bed and private en-suite bathroom.
Lower Pool Level: Two king-size double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
One adjoining single bedroom, accessed privately through one of the double rooms and sharing its en-suite bath, perfect for an extra child or crib setup.
