Picabon is a charming and recently renovated apartment located in the historic centre of Monterosso al Mare, in a quiet pedestrian area of the old village. Blending modern comfort with traditional character, it is an ideal choice for couples, families or solo travellers seeking an authentic and relaxed stay in the Cinque Terre.



The apartment

The entrance opens onto a spacious open-plan living area, tastefully furnished with wicker furniture, Smart TV and a comfortable double sofa bed. A second double bed, elegantly hidden behind a decorative curtain, offers privacy and flexibility.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with hob, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine and kettle, and includes an additional sofa bed suitable for a fifth guest.

The large bathroom, accessible from the sleeping area, features a shower and practical finishes.



A small balcony overlooking Via Buranco provides a pleasant outdoor corner and includes a storage room with washing machine, ideal for longer stays.



Comfort & amenities

Air conditioning throughout the apartment, autonomous heating for winter stays and free Wi-Fi ensure comfort all year round.



Location

Set in a peaceful pedestrian zone, yet just steps from restaurants, shops and Monterosso beaches, Picabon is perfectly positioned for exploring the village and the Cinque Terre on foot.

The apartment is on the second floor of a historic building and may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.



Parking & access

The apartment is accessible only on foot. Loreto car park (closest) and Fegina car park (larger) are nearby, and taxi services can reach within approximately 150 metres. Travelling with light luggage is recommended.



Pets

Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome, with a supplement and in accordance with house rules. Dogs must be kept on a lead in common areas, are not allowed on beds or furniture and must not disturb other guests.

Guests enjoy a complimentary welcome breakfast for the first day, high-quality essential supplies, professional cleaning, sustainable practices and support from the Cinque Terre Riviera concierge office.



Important information

Check-in is in person and the arrival time must be communicated in advance (15:00–18:30). Arrivals after 18:30 may incur an additional fee; check-in after 22:00 is not accepted.

Due to the location within the Cinque Terre National Park, technical assistance response times may occasionally be longer.
