”The whole experience was exceptional. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. A relaxed vibe to the hotel which perfectly matched the area. Clean, well maintained and comfortable throughout. Breakfast was fresh and made to order. It was delicious! We saw so much wildlife around the grounds of the hotel, monkeys, birds, reptiles. The beach is a short walk away and felt a safe place to visit and was clean. I would definitely stay again. ”

”Beautiful villas with the most beautiful view. The pool is magical, the patio areas the perfect place to look out on the ocean. The villas themselves are large and comfortable. Kitchens had everything we needed to make a meal. Highly recommend. ”

”1. The receptionists were okay - not very good English but tried to help if they felt so. 2. We got first room No. 6. It smelled really badly to mold and it was hard to breath inside. We then got room No. 2. It was okay but the shower cap was disgustingly dirty. This was also in room No. 6. The personnel cleaned both, though. The cushions smelled like poo. We could not use them and made our own cushions out of clothes. 3. There came only cold water. Hot water would have cost 5 dollars...

”At beginning we got a bad impression because the receptionist didn't tell us anything about the system in the hotel. The breakfast wasn't a buffet as mentioned in the booking website. Also the receptionist who checked us in didn't mention the possibility to use the pool at Ylang Ylang resort. Fortunately the young waiters were very helpful and told us everything, especially one girl.
