”This is such a cute, well kept, motel. The manger was so nice and helpful. She really explained everything and helped us out when we needed it. The room had everything we needed and was well laid out and comfortable. We loved the little table and chairs outside of our room and enjoyed drinking our coffee there in the morning. The location was excellent and everything was really close by. We only stayed on night, but would love to return for a longer stay.”

”The floor in my room was dirty it looked like it have not been vacuumed for months. The table was not cleaned up it was like someone ate a minute ago and left breadcrumbs and soda sticky spots where everywhere. Poor breakfast selection. Beds had clean sheets and were very comfy.”

”First, there is no where to put Heat Sensitive items several hours before check in. I wasn’t in the position to pay and extra 40.00 for 1 hr early check in, that started me not feeling welcome. Next when I did check in, the room looked like they hadn’t cleaned and dusted, I spilled some water on the floor, cleaned it up with one of the white wash cloths towels and it was black from the floor. ”The pool was very nice. Everything was immaculate, room was spacious. Communication was good and the amenities were very nice. Barbecue grill was unexpected, and I grilled a nice steak at a wonderful dinner on the balcony”

”Decent rooms. Did not smell of smoke. Next to casino that seemed pretty empty midweek. Local Mexican restaurant in camp verde was packed and the food proved why. Excellent. Nearby national forest and sedona only 20 minutes away made this a fun bike riding / hiking/exploring base camp.”

”Nothing, I was not all that happy at check-in. Management was very short and somewhat rude. We tried to check in early and they just said our room wasn't ready. Didn't even look to see if the suite we had reserved was ready. Just said no an come back in an hour. We ended up having an medical emergency an had to leave the next day, when I turned in the keys there wasn't a we will refund the $100+ it took to book the room. Just a thanks an da good bye. ”Unfortunately, our stay was cut very, VERY short due to signs of bed bugs. We asked staff to be changed to a different room but was only offered a room a few doors down from where there were traces of dead bed bugs. We opted to not stay and requested a refund. Staff were quick to get us out of there. Didn't ask to see pictures for proof or nothing for that matter. They said they would looking in to have a refund processed and that was it. We ended up staying in out vehicle at a rest stop...
