”Overall this property is excellent. Comfortable bed, a bar, breakfast was above average and within walking distance to reasonable places to eat and an easy drive to refuel and get to the airport. The one surprise was pulling up to a $48 valet charge and they were not very forthcoming about other local parking garages (that were a half block away for $15). ”This was my 3rd time staying here and the place overall was as good as expected. The new pool area was a great addition as it wasn’t there on my previous stays. Onsite food and beverages checked all the boxes. The only downside was that the main pool was closed for scheduled maintenance on our last day and a half. I would have thought Expedia would have informed us of this closure and provided options such as a reduced rate for the last night, a resort credit or something along those lines.”

”Walls are paper thin. Their staff decided it was a good idea to clean until 11pm outside my room. I heard nonstop talking, laughing, and vacuuming. I did not get any sleep until midnight. Additionally, their "blinds" were see through. I could see right outside and from the parking lot when the lights were on in my room, people could see me. It was terrifying and I couldn't wait to check out.”

”The hotel room we stayed in could use a deep cleaning.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
I wish the pool was heated (January stay) when I called, they stated "it is heated". We ended up only using the hot tub.
The grounds were very clean and well kept with beautiful mature palm trees and landscape. They also had a game/rec room next to pool.
The other thing that seemed odd is that there were long term stays, almost like an apartment complex.
Parking included and plenty of spots available.”

”Great hotel for being close to the Phoenix airport. Each to get to, and to leave. Outdoor pool was nice while we were there. Room is spacious. Easy to fit four people plus our luggage. The in-room A/C was VERY loud. Had to shut it down in the middle of the night. Staff at front desk was very nice and helpful.”
